將佛法融入我們的心,而不是二者相悖離

我們佛法修行者常常在日常生活中忘記了教法,雖然我們不會忘記工作、吃東西、睡覺或其它世俗的活動。所以,即使我們修學或禪修,在我們的生命中也沒有改變很多。佛法變成不像我們生命中的部份,它僅僅像是在讀個故事或一種規定。這就是為什麼我們在面對問題時,不能控制我們的心,而且我們如此容易生氣或受傷,這就像生病時,我們有藥卻不服用,佛法變成對我們無用。
因此在很多教法中常說應該將佛法融入我們的心,而不是二者相悖離。

We dharma practitioners are often forgetting teachings in our daily life, although we are not forgetting working, eating or sleeping or any worldly acts. So even we learned or meditate, that doesn't change much in our life, dharma is become like not part of our life, it just become like reading story, or kind of rule. That's why when we face problems we can't control our mind, and we get so easily angry or hurt, it's like we keep medicine but we don't take medicine when we get sick, dharma become useless to us. Therefore in many teachings often tells dharma should be mix with our mind, instead of floating up from mind.
